Compact Hot Cupboards designed for cost effective hot food storage, or for holding crockery warm ready for service. Fitted with a reliable solid state element and adjustable rotary controlled energy regulator.
Designed to maintain pre-heated, cooked food or dishes at a regulated temperature. Internally the trolley has a removable perforated base and mid shelf, the mid shelf has three positions for height. Suitable for the storage of most types of hot foods, in various types of pans up to 150 mm deep.
