Chilled display units incorporating a cold well and 3 glass display shelves. The unique Moffat innovative “Polar Air Stream” system provides a constant recirculating cold air curtain completely enveloping the food displayed. Holding pre-chilled food at a safe, regulated temperature while retaining taste and freshness. Perfect for sandwiches, fruit, yoghurt and cold drinks. Self-contained units with accurate, digital control, automatic defrost, high pressure warning and automatic condensate evaporation. Utilising a highly efficient, naturally occurring, hermetically sealed, hydrocarbon gas type R290 reducing carbon footprint and energy consumption. Use individual or as a part of a specialised Moffat servery counter.

Each model can be made part of a specially designed bespoke Moffat servery counter, with integrated Granite, Corian, or Stainless worktops

Note: The standard unit depth is 700mm, These models are also available at 800mm deep. Additionally when integrated into a bespoke counter, the worktop depth can be made to suit specific design parameters.

Frost tops can be made from either stainless steel or granite. Stainless steel models have a shallow recessed display area, Granite type have a small shallow trough around the display area, both have a drain for excess water.
