The E&R Moffat Chillogen Banquet Trolley is the efficient, safe and stress-free solution to the problems of catering for banquets or special functions, big or small. These robust Banqueting trolleys provide a large capacity, mobile, chilled food regeneration solution for Bulk food. Available in two models 10 or 20 shelf, Ideal for hotels, conferences, and event catering on a large scale. Designed around the standard Gastronorm GN1/1 pans. Simply load it with your chilled plated meals and hold chilled until a pre-determined time then switch to regen mode manually or automatically. This Chillogen system turns the fridge compartment into a re-gen oven. No need to manually handle meals form one unit into another. The food is then regenerated to a suitable temperature and automatically can hold warm until ready to serve. Transfer the unit to the service area and plate up or load the pans into a Servery unit Bain-marie. Multi fan technology allows the food products to be regenerated and held in perfect condition.

These powerfully regen models use a unique power sharing function this allows each model to use two 13amp type power supplies.
