Moffat’s Bulk Food Hotline Banqueting Trolleys provide high quality food transport in a small footprint
Many banqueting venues with multiple function rooms need to transport food from a main kitchen to satellite serving stations. This can throw up problems keeping food piping hot, not only during the journey but also once in situ, if service is delayed. The use of banqueting trolleys is essential in these situations but if space at either end is limited, the size of the trolley is critical.
Moffat‘s bulk food hotline banqueting trolleys have been designed with a small footprint, so they are ideal for serving areas where space is tight but high quality food is expected. The trolleys are designed to hold hot food in 1/1 gastronorm pans or, if required, they can be fitted with shelves and used as plated meal trolleys. Three sizes of trolley are available: 6 pans, 12 pans and 20 pans.
Moffat’s forced air heating system ensures fast heat up times and energy efficiency during operation. There is an illuminated on off switch and energy regulated adjustable control. For maintenance and cleaning the heating unit is easily removable.
All models are supplied with a humidifier tray for maintaining the moisture content in food during transport. Featuring a stainless steel construction and heavy duty push handles, the trolleys have four industrial type castors, two fixed and two swivel for manoeuvrability. Corner bumpers on the chassis offer protection for the trolley and surrounding decor during transport.
