Available in single, two or three tiers with quartz heat lamps under one or more shelves. Over shelves are supplied with an independent control unit with mains lead or as an addition to E&R Moffat standard hot cupboard/bain-marie.
Provides an ideal kitchen pass or plating up point which can be used as a link between kitchen and waiting staff. (Bespoke units available on request).

- Overshelves with more than 1 heated level can have heating omitted from specific level or replaced by illumination only.
- Heated overshelves can be supplied hard wired into a supporting unit
- If suppliedfor fitting to unit not by E&R Moffat and if under 3kw, the gantry can be supplied with a 2m long cord set with 13 amp plug for easy installation at no extra cost
- All 01 Gantries are supplied fitted, positioned to customer side
- All 02 & 03 Gantries are supplied loose for installation and easy access, and must be fitted on site.
